Sacraments

The seven sacraments: Baptism, Confirmation, Holy Eucharist, Penance, Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders, and Matrimony are the life of the Catholic Church. They were instituted by Christ Himself, and each is an outward sigh of an inward grace.
